your information.

Personal Information & Privacy

We collect basic personal and pet information such as your name, email, phone number, address, and pet
care needs. This information is used solely to provide you with reliable, personalized pet care services. We
may also use this information to communicate with you (via SMS messaging, email, or phone call), email
service updates, and share important business notices. We do not sell or share your information with third
parties.

All physical and digital records are securely stored within Precise Pet Care. Home access information such as
keys or door codes are labeled discreetly and never linked to addresses. Only trusted team members have
access to this information.

We will delete all personal information after 90 days of client inactivity or following the termination of
services, whether initiated by the client or the company.

Use of Precise Pet Care

We use Precise Pet Care, a secure pet care management platform, to handle scheduling, visit updates, and
communication. Your data is stored securely using encrypted connections and protected access systems.
Only authorized staff members have access to your profile and visit history.

By using our services, you consent to the use of Precise Pet Care for managing your pet care experience. If

Client Service Policies

These policies are designed to ensure clarity, professionalism, and the best care experience for both pets and
their owners.

Scheduling & Payment

Invoices are sent via email every Monday for services provided the previous week. Clients have 10 days to
submit payment. You can pay manually using the card on file, or it will be charged automatically on the invoice
due date. Tips can be added manually or set to process automatically using a percentage of your choice.

Cancellation & Last-Minute Requests

* Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $5 surcharge.

* Last-minute requests made 3 hours or less before the visit will also incur a $5 surcharge.

* Late payments will incur a $5 surcharge per day.

Inclement Weather

We make every effort to keep scheduled visits, even in poor weather. Walks may be adjusted for safety in rain,
snow, heat, or cold. In extreme weather conditions, we may shorten or cancel walks. If a walk isn’t possible, we
will provide a potty break and indoor play for the remainder of the visit.

Dog Behavior & Safety

Safety is a top priority. We evaluate each dog’s behavior and take care to build trust through patience and
consistency. If a dog shows signs of aggression or extreme anxiety, we may recommend professional
training before beginning regular walks.

Our team has experience with dogs who have been abused or traumatized. Understanding their body
language and respecting their boundaries is key to establishing a trusting relationship.

Pawprints on the Go reserves the right to terminate services if a dog displays aggressive behavior that poses
a safety risk to staff or others.

Group Walks

We do not group dogs from different households. Each walk is one-on-one to ensure individual attention.
Dogs from the same home may be walked together, but if pulling or behavior creates a safety concern, we will
walk them separately.

Transportation & Park Visits

We do not transport dogs or take them to parks. All walks take place in the client’s neighborhood. Dogs will
never enter a walker’s vehicle unless it is an emergency.

In-Home Care Only

We do not offer boarding or pet sitting in our home. All overnight care is provided in the client’s home, where
pets are most comfortable.

Social Media & Photos

We may photograph your pet for social media or promotional use. Photos will never include identifying
personal or home details. You may opt out of this at any time by contacting us.

Emergency Veterinary Care

In the event of a medical emergency and if the client cannot be reached, we are authorized to seek veterinary

care at the nearest available clinic. All associated costs are the responsibility of the pet owner.

Vaccination & Health Requirements

All pets must be in good health and up-to-date on core vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse service if
a pet is visibly ill or poses a health risk to other pets or staff.

Holidays and Peak Times

Holiday visits may include a small surcharge. Availability is limited during peak times and we recommend
booking early to secure your spot.

Policy Updates

Pawprints on the Go reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Clients will be notified
of significant changes.
